Section 6 (1) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires each CPP to develop a Local Outcomes Improvement Plan (LOIP). The LOIP is a key element in the delivery of public service reform at local level. Each new LOIP must demonstrate a clear, evidence based and strong understanding of the local needs, circumstances and aspirations of local communities. The LOIP is intended to replace Single Outcome Agreements.
In East Ayrshire the Development of our Local Outcomes Improvement Plan has been linked to the planned three-yearly review of community planning including our Delivery Plans.
The Local Outcomes Improvement Plan was approved by the Community Planning Partnership Board at its meeting on 29 March 2018.
