Strategic Priorities
Within each 3-year period, our Community Planning Partnership Board will focus on 2-3 priority issues, with the expectation of a demonstrable shift in relation to performance.
The second review of our Community Plan, undertaken in 2020/21, provided an opportunity for partners to update our partnership plans to reflect the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and other emerging challenges and opportunities.
A Community Plan Review Supplement has been developed, which sets out these updated partnership priorities for 2021-24.
These include two new strategic priorities, which have been endorsed by the CPP Board for 2021-24:
Taken together these represent an unprecedented level of investment and transformation in the region. The CPP Board adopting these as shared strategic priorities with East Ayrshire Council reflects our partnership commitment to maximising the impact of these opportunities, to the benefit of communities across East Ayrshire.
