Within each 3-year period, our Community Planning Partnership Board will focus on 2-3 priority issues, with the expectation of a demonstrable shift in relation to performance.
The Board’s Strategic Priorities 2018-2021 are as follows:
- Improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
- Older people: adding life to years - tackle social isolation
- Community led regeneration: empower communities and build community resilience
Activity in relation to these strategic priorities is progressed through the key priorities and actions detailed in the Delivery Plans. Regular updates on our progress under each of these strategic priorities are provided to the Community Planning Partnership Board.
The CPP Board's previous priorities of youth employment; alcohol and drugs; and child poverty are now embedded and continue to be reflected in our thematic delivery plans.
