Our Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) provides the robust performance management framework against which we assess our performance as a partnership. It includes detailed performance indicators and targets which we report against each year, to demonstrate our progress towards achievement of our shared Local Outcomes.
Our Local Outcomes, which we have identified in consultation with our communities and with a wide range of local stakeholders, link directly to the National Outcomes identified by the Scottish Government.
Our SOA also demonstrates that we have a sound understanding of place and local circumstances; that we are committed to tackling inequalities across our communities; and that we are committed to resourcing jointly the delivery of outcomes to realise our vision for East Ayrshire.
Annual Performance Reporting: An annual SOA performance report is prepared each year and is presented for consideration by Members of East Ayrshire Council and CPP Board at a joint engagement event which takes place in September.
Ongoing Performance Management: Our Executive Officers’ Group meets at least four times per year and receives exception based progress updates in respect of each of the thematic Community Plan Delivery Plans.
Thematic Delivery Plan Working Groups are responsible for driving forward the activity identified within our Delivery Plans and for providing accurate and timely performance information to the Executive Officers’ Group and Community Planning Partnership Board.
