Consequently, Community Planning Partners have worked in partnership with DisabledGo and local businesses to deliver an access guide for residents and visitors to ensure that the environment and delivery of services are both inclusive and accessible to all.

East Ayrshire has a rich and varied landscape, with much to offer both residents and visitors in terms of attractions, culture and heritage. The Guide gives information in respect of health and council services, leisure and sports facilities, community facilities, and police and fire stations, as well as entertainment venues, restaurants, bars and shops.
