Consultation and Engagement

The Community Planning Partners in East Ayrshire are committed to listening to people and involving them in the decisions that affect their lives. They recognise that to bring about real and lasting change, the people and communities of East Ayrshire must be engaged at the heart of the community planning process, and fully involved and represented in decision-making structures.

The Partners are already working to improve systems to ensure that, as public agencies, they can be confident that they are delivering the services, which those living in our communities need, value and want.

Community Planning Core Partners’ are committed to carrying out joint community consultation and engagement in the future, where possible, to ensure that people know what is happening and more importantly, are enabled and supported to play an active part in achieving the shared vision for East Ayrshire.
