Public Consultation- Application for Inclusion in Pharmaceutical List - Bellsbank, Dalmellington (01/12/2009)

Ayrshire and Arran Health Board have received an application for Inclusion in the Pharmaceutical List by Salwan Pharmacy Ltd for a new pharmacy at 66a Merrick Drive, Bellsbank, Dalmellington.

We are asking members of the public for their views on this issue. Attached to this letter is information on what the Health Board considers when looking at an application for a new pharmacy, please use the attached sheet to tell us what you think, we would welcome your views/comments by Monday 1st February 2010.
